Description

Entumoto Toto Camp

Siana Conservancy – Megwarra Escarpment

A jointly owned camp between Swedish and Masai, Entumoto Toto Camp is a permanent tented camp within the private Siana Conservancy which borders the Masai Mara National Reserve. Sited on the Megwarra Escarpment, the camp is hidden away in a depression where three valleys meet.

The camps main guest area and tents face West and views of the sunsets each evening are stunning. There is a comfortable lounge and dining area as well as WiFi if necessary. As the camp lies at the base of several valleys walks to and from rooms can be steep at times, ask us for a tent close to reception if you would like.

A swimming pool is a recent addition and is welcome during the warmer months. The camp is an easy 30 minute game drive to the gates of the Masai Mara NR.

Safari Tents

Entumoto Toto has 2 family tents as well as 3 double tents. The tents have been furnished much the same as the Main Camp tents with a small writing desk, space to hang clothing and are quite spacious. The walls and windows are canvas allowing a good breeze through and the mesh prevents any insects coming in at night.

The Toto tents also have a small private deck but do not have views out over the conservancy. They are closer to the main dining area and for families and small groups this camp is more private as it can make use of a separate lounge and dining area.

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by your safari representative who will drive you to Wilson Airport and assist you onto a light aircraft for your 45 minute flight to Keekorok airstrip. From the airstrip it is a short game drive to the camp.

The other option is by car, it is 240 km’s from Nairobi on a largely good road for 5/6 hours. We can book you a transfer and have you collected from your hotel in Nairobi and driven to the camp.
