Etosha Village
Etosha National Park
Etosha Village is very conveniently located close to Windhoek and just two kilometers from the Anderson gate of Etosha National Park. This is a very easy drive all the way Northwards on the B1, a very good tarmac road. The lodge is an easy days drive from Windhoek.
From Etosha Village guests can explore the National Park with guided game drives morning and afternoon as well as nature walks, star gazing and sun downer trips. Wildlife within Etosha is excellent and the Big Five are regularly seen. Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, Giraffe and Zebra are just some of the animals that guests experience. Self drive game drives are possible into the park.
Each luxury unit has been uniquely placed under indigenous trees and the grounds are expansive as well as safe for children. Several swimming pools, a children’s plunge pool and plenty of grass make the grounds ideal for children. A small shop is located at the main lodge for basic essentials.
All the suites have stylish en suite bathrooms and two of the rooms are wheelchair friendly. The wheelchair friendly suites have an access ramp and are more spacious for ease of use. A fridge and tea and coffee facilities are in each room. A small patio is the ideal place to relax.
The restaurant at Etosha Village serves delicious meals all day and dinners out in the open air patio are a special treat. Boma dinners are arranged and the chefs cook traditional meals on the lawn of the lodge.
Etosha National Park is an excellent place for families with children on self drive holidays at very affordable pricing. The grounds of the lodge do have habituated wildlife so children should remain supervised at all times.
