Description

Gomoti Private Camp

Okavango Delta

Open year round

Located in a 100 000 hectare private concession of the Okavango Delta, Gomoti Private Camp is an exclusive, small and luxurious camp. Overlooking an open plain of the seasonal wetlands this is the perfect location for a remote safari in a pristine environment.

Herd sizes in this area are like nowhere else, Elephant and Buffalo in their hundreds with excellent sightings of Leopard, Lion and Wild Dogs. With just three structures making up the entire camp this is the epitome of privacy in a world renowned wildlife area.

The main guest tent is at the center with both guest tents on either side. All the structures have been built on raised decks with wooden walkways connecting them. A swimming pool lies at the front of the central area. The camp also welcomes children of all ages.

Guests are assured of complete privacy here as the camp has it’s own private guide and dedicated chef. In room spa services can be booked in advance.

Family Room and Honeymoon Suite

Gomoti Private Camp has just 2 suites, one is a dedicated family tent with the other built purposefully with honeymoon guests in mind. Tents are of the old pioneering safari canvas, raised on wooden decks and a small deck at the front of each.

The honeymoon suite has the added benefit of an outdoor bath while the family tent is more spacious and can take 2 adults and 2 children. Rooms are very tastefully furnished with soft earth tones and some blue thrown in.
