Kadizora Camp
Okavango Delta
Kadizora Camp is located between the Vumbura River and the Selinda Spillway which is in the remote northern part of the Okavango Delta. The camp overlooks a beautiful seasonal floodplain. Giant Marula trees, Sycamore figs, Jackalberry and Rain trees provide a pleasant shade canopy over the camp. The bar, lounge, reception and dining area ring communal fire pit. From this area there is a wooden walkway leading a swimming pool with views over the floodplain.
Safari Tents
Kadizora Camps accommodation consists of four standard tents and nine luxury tents, each one positioned to provide privacy and iconic views of Africa. Tents are spacious and furnished in a classic style ensuring that time between activities is spent relaxing comfortably. Each has an outdoor decking and secluded views. The tents have an en-suite bathroom with a feature bath and double vanity basins.
From Kadizora it’s possible to enjoy a hot air balloon safari, book an early morning flight to soar over the Delta at sunrise and view game from a very unique perspective.
Morning and afternoon game drives, walking safaris and boating as well as mokoro excursions provide a fabulous and traditional way to explore the meandering water channels. Day trips to a traditional village, visit the local church, Primary School and meet family members of the camp staff. Fishing is available in season.
The flight time from Maun to Kadizora Camp is approximately 35 minutes. As you fly over the Delta to Kadizora Camp you will experience breath-taking scenery. From Kasane the flight time is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes and from other Delta camps it will be around 30 minutes.
