South Luangwa National Park

Here you will first stay at Kafunta River Lodge, in the game-rich Mfuwe area. Game viewing activities at Kafunta River Lodge include game drives in open vehicles and unique night drives. While at the lodge you can relax in the privacy of your chalet or on your viewing deck. Alternatively, cool off in the infinity pool while keeping an eye on the game drinking at the waterhole. The lodge also features the only natural hot spring tub in Mfuwe, a wellness spa and a gym.

After Kafunta you will have the choice of heading to either of our bush camps. At these rustic camps, you will spend a few days immersed in the beauty of the African wilderness. Three Rivers Camp is located between the Luangwa River and a pristine lagoon teeming with wildlife. This tented camp has en-suite bathrooms and star-gazing platforms where you can spend the night if you wish. Island Bush Camp features rustic accommodation built from sustainable materials. Its stilted chalets also provide safety from wild animals while providing an unlimited view of the Luangwa River. You will return to Kafunta River Lodge for 2 more nights to enjoy exciting game drives in this wildlife-rich area. Services end after the return flight to Lusaka.
