Naboisho Conservancy
Kicheche Valley Camp is located in a beautiful and secluded valley in the Naboisho Conservancy of the Masai Mara. The area is home to some of the most diverse terrains to be found from open savanna to densely wooded hillsides that support a wide variety of wildlife.
Several prides of Lions are resident in the area as well as the highest population of Giraffe. With strict controls governing lodges and vehicles the area is very private, this assures guests of uninterrupted animal sightings. Several Leopard and Cheetah have been identified by researchers. Hippo and Crocodile can be found in the Eneskaria River while Buffalo and Elephant are prolific.
Wild Dogs and Rhino are occasional visitors to the area.
The camp has a very permanent feel to it with the main guest area built into a hillside and providing fantastic views over the countryside. The main dining area and lounge have a very comfortable atmosphere of being at home and being able to relax while enjoying the views.The staff and hosts are very attentive going to great lengths to ensure you are well looked after.
Safari Tents
The camp has 6 identical and very spacious tents with large mosquito proof windows. Tents can be made up with double or twin beds, there is no family tent here but a triple can be made up on request.
The en-suite bathroom is quite modern with vanity basins, toilet and hot water all day.
Daily game drives, walking safaris and fly camping are possible from Kicheche Valley Camp.There is a small shop in camp and spa treatments are also available at very reasonable prices.
