Sala’s Camp is all about space, comfort and incredible views. Being in the Masai Mara an amazing safari experience is virtually guaranteed. The camp can accommodate up to 20 guests in seven luxury tents interspersed along the banks of the Sand River.

Guests staying at Sala’s Camp are treated to a casual elegance of safari style with modern touches. Private plunge pools and open fronted tents ensure excellent views and privacy. The camp’s interior decor is luxury and comfort and the en-suite bathrooms have a bathtub and shower. Power is provided by solar systems and a generator for refrigeration and charging devices. After your morning game drive there is a hammock on your deck and in the evenings there is always a sun-downer by the campfire before dinner under the stars.

Sala’s Camp staff take excellent care of their guests and are quietly attentive. There are activities on offer for children of all ages and babysitting is available by prior arrangement. The camp is also suitable for guests with limited disabilities and special meals can be catered for too.

Accommodation

Sala’s Camp offers a wide variety of suites for families, couples and honeymoon couples. All suites have their own private plunge pool and heaps of luxury. Colors are natural with bamboo floors and locally made mats. Spacious bathrooms with bath and shower and double vanity basins.

Game viewing from the comfort of your lounge or deck can be rewarding and birding on the river banks is excellent.

How to Get There

Fly In

Fly in to Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport with KLM, Swiss Air, Emirates, Qatar or Lufthansa. On arrival you will be met by your safari representative who will drive you to Wilson Airport.

Here you will board a light aircraft for your 45 minute flight to Keekorok airstrip. A guide will meet you at the airstrip for the drive to Sala’s.
