Description

Serengeti Bushtops

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti Bushtops is located in the North West area of the Serengeti National Park and just 25 kilometres from the Mara River. This places the camp in the direct path of the migration and while it seems far from the river, the sightings are beyond belief!

This is a permanent tented camp in the Wogakuria area of the park and between June and November it’s one of the best areas from which to witness the incredible river crossings. The camp occupies a very large area of land making the luxurious tents very private from one another.  The main guest area is vast and spacious with several lounge areas, a small library and a flat screen TV. The main lounge and dining tent is raised and faces West making for spectacular sunsets after a hard day of safari. A very large circular bar dominates this area and is very well stocked.

Tented Luxury

Each of the 13 luxury tents is raised on it’s own wooden deck frame with a wide wrap around veranda for gorgeous views all around you. The deck has it’s own tables and chairs for private meals or simply relaxing during the day. The sunken lounge at the front also has a small private pool.

Inside each tent you will find beautiful furnishings, double beds, walk in mosquito nets, writing desks and every amenity you can expect from luxury in the bush. The bathroom area has hand basins and a very large “rain” shower that is open to the bush with superb views. Honeymoon suites are even more private and a butler service operates in each room.
