Serian’s Serengeti Mobile Kusini
Serengeti National Park / Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Located within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the Serengeti National Park makes Serian’s Serengeti Mobile Kusini the very best of both worlds. The mobile camp is set up from December to May to take full advantage of the Great Migration over the wide grass plains and witness the calving season.
The area boasts some of the most unique wildlife such as Honey Badger, Jackal, Cheetah and Hyena that congregate here to feast on the newborn foals. Lion prides are also in abundance and their roars can be heard every evening as they prepare themselves for a night of hunting.
The exclusivity that the camp enjoys in this area means guests have complete privacy on game drives with their own vehicle, guide and spotter for the duration of their stay. The lack of light pollution here means the night skies come alive at night for a spectacle that very few people are able to witness.
While this phenomena can provide for incredible photography it’s important to step back from the lens and just take it all in – never again will you see the Great Migration from this vantage point.
Mobile Tents
With just 4 tents the camp is both small and completely remote. Each tent is designed with absolute luxury in mind within the confines of a mobile camp. Comfortable beds, space to relax on the small deck at the front and endless views over plains that stretch to the horizon and beyond.
The en-suite bathroom has a flushing toilet and bucket shower that staff will fill with piping hot water anytime you wish.
