Sabi Sands

Singita Boulders has been set on the rocky banks and outcroppings of the Sand River within the exclusive Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve. Built to mold itself around the many large boulders has made for a unique design and atmosphere. The 45 000 acre private concession never fails to disappoint with it’s wildlife.

Accommodation

Wide decks and walkways of wood connect each suite to the main lodge and behind floor to ceiling glass the bush feels a part of the decor. With just 12 suites the lodge layout has ensured excellent privacy for her guests and expansive views of the wilderness around you.

Amenities include a very spacious suite with fireplace, deck, outside shower and heated swimming pool. The lodge has 8 River Suites and 1 Bush Suite. 2 Family Suites have been perfectly crafted for families on safari. Handmade furnishings are in light colors reflecting the tranquility of the bush.

Safari Activities

You will have daily game drives with highly experienced and professional rangers and trackers. These excursions are the best way to get close to Africa’s incredible wildlife. Afternoon drives return after dark and spot lighting some of the nocturnal creatures of the wild. Walking safaris (children must be over 16) are an exciting hour long exploration of the smaller stuff.

How to Get There

Fly In

Fly in to Johannesburg’s O R Tambo International Airport with British Airways or Virgin Atlantic if you are coming from the United Kingdom.

From the United States there is United Airlines, Qatar, Delta, KLM, Emirates, Lufthansa and many more.

Federal Air operates two flights per day from O R Tambo International Airport.

The morning flight departs at 10H30 as well as a 12h30 flight to the private airstrip within the reserve. If you arrive after these two flights then let us arrange your overnight accommodation at the airport.
